Sized for the 3lb "Beetleweight" class.
Beater Length: 106.7mm (4.2in)
30T pulley with Delrin flanges adds 16.7mm (.657in) to length. Total 123.4mm (4.86in).
Beater Height: 50.8mm (2.0in)
Beater Thickness: 19.05mm (0.75in)
Beater Material: 6061-T6 Aluminum
Beater Weight: 149grams (5.26oz)

The bar has 4 holes each side for 5/16-18 screw "teeth".
Installed teeth add 12.7mm (0.5in) to height. Total 63.5mm (2.5in)
Max outside frame width should be 152mm (6in) or less. Frame material thickness of 9.53mm-12.7mm (0.375in-0.5in) works well.

Total assembly weight: 324grams (11.43oz)

1 - 30T S3M pulley (flanged with no hub) with thick outer Delrin Flange
2 - Countersunk 8-32 x 1in screws
8 - "Teeth" 5/16-18 x 0.75in countersunk black oxide screws plus lock washers (Thread-lock is recommended.)
1 - 5/16-24 x 6.5in Gr8 Hex bolt and Nylock Nut "dead shaft"
2 - SCE55 5/16in roller bearings
1 - 3/32 hex wrench for installing pulley
1 - 3/16 hex wrench for installing teeth

One of the best ways to start with a beetleweight robot. If you don't have the ability to design it like me :( then also get the Black Frost chassis kit from Itgresa with this. Other than the SSP kit, this is probably the best way to start in beetles.

This weapon system is amazing fingertech did a great job it is, durable hard hitting and leaves your opponent devastated. It lead me to win a tournament and I just LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This weapon kit is great for builders that deal mostly with hand tools. Creating a weapon that is durable and capable of dishing out hits is hard to machine and this gives those who can't a great weapon for their designs.

Quite simply, I bought this beater bar kit, attached it to a well moving and fairly solid platform and I went both 4-0 and won the rumble at it's second competition. And it only cost 60 bucks!!! It went weapon to weapon with tool steel and titanium and continued to send bots flying, and will likely continue to function through several more tournaments. It's difficult to justify manufacturing your own beater bar when you can just buy one of the best ones in the competition off the shelf.

I've been running this Beater Bar kit for the last 6 events at Dallas Area Robot Combat here in Texas. This kit coupled with the FT weapon motor kit has to be one of the best values out there in my opinion. It allows entry into a weaponized beetle weight class at an economical price while still allowing you to be competitive. It's easily serviceable and replacement parts through FT are always available. I have finally just retired my first Beater bar kit after 35+ fights ending at 26-9 record. If you're just entering the sport I highly recommend this product and the excellent service that comes with it.
